  1. Enquire and receive an offer

  2. Verify your identity and sign

    You complete our identification form and present your ID document to us once in the original. You sign the rental agreement digitally or on site and grant us a separate postal power of attorney (Postvollmacht).

  3. Use your address

    You receive your rental agreement and a confirmation of address, for example for the notary, the commercial register and your bank. We place your mail in your mailbox and notify you by email.

Setting up a GmbH or UG?

You can sign the contract before registration – as a company in formation (“i. G.”, in Gründung). You receive your rental agreement and a confirmation of address for the notary, the commercial register and the trade office. If you set up your GmbH or UG with its business address at our premises, the first two months from the date of your notary appointment are free of charge – see the conditions.
