As a tenant, you can get in around the clock, 365 days a year – access is digital only, subject to operational availability. You lock your mailbox or locker with your own key. Would you like to see the premises first? Simply mention it in your message.

Desk and permanent establishment
A dedicated desk can form the basis of a permanent establishment (Betriebsstätte, § 12 AO) or place of management (Ort der Geschäftsleitung, § 10 AO) – but only if you actually work there. A desk “on paper” only is not enough. Please clarify with your tax adviser whether this applies to you; we do not provide legal or tax advice.
