How it works
How it works: your business address in 3 steps
From your first enquiry to a labelled mailbox – what happens in which order and which documents we need from you.
- Non-binding enquiry, individual offer
- Setting up a GmbH or UG: two free months from your notary appointment

The process at a glance
Step 1Enquire and receive an offer
Tell us briefly what you need; your name and email address are enough. We will get back to you within 24 hours on working days; you receive an individual, non-binding offer.
Would you like to see the premises first? Simply mention it in your message.
Step 2Verify your identity and sign
You receive our privacy notice for tenants before the identity check. Before the contract is concluded, we identify every contractual partner: you complete a short identification form and present your ID document once in the original; we make a copy of it (for sole proprietors, with your consent), and you receive a copy of the form. You then sign the contract – digitally or on site – and grant us a separate postal power of attorney (Postvollmacht). As a company in formation (“i. G.”), you can do this before registration.
Step 3Use your address
You can use the address from the start of the contract. With your contract, you receive your rental agreement and a confirmation of address for the notary, the commercial register (Handelsregister), the trade office (Gewerbeamt), the tax office (Finanzamt) and your bank – together with your postal power of attorney, a copy of your identification form and the house rules, plus the data protection agreement if you use the scan service. Your mailbox is labelled with your company name, and you receive your means of access. How your mail is handled.

You present your ID document to us once in the original before the contract is concluded. Please never send identity documents by email, via WhatsApp or through the enquiry form.
Why we verify your identity
As a provider of business addresses for companies, we are an obliged entity under the German Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz, § 2(1) no. 13 GwG) and, before the contract is concluded, identify our contractual partners, the persons acting on their behalf and the beneficial owners. We identify sole proprietors using the same form – as a matter of due care, not under the Money Laundering Act. More under anti-money laundering.
