With your contract you receive your rental agreement and a confirmation of address for the notary, the commercial register (Handelsregister), the trade office (Gewerbeamt), the tax office (Finanzamt) and your bank – together with your postal power of attorney, a copy of your identification form and the house rules, plus the data protection agreement if you use the scan service. You receive our privacy notice for tenants before the identity check.

What we need from you

Substance

Real premises – clear limits

Behind our address there are real commercial premises, approved under building regulations, with desks, meeting areas, a mailbox facility and storage boxes in the centre of Schönefeld. The address on its own does not create a permanent establishment (Betriebsstätte) – where your company is treated as operating for tax and trade purposes depends on what you actually do and where.

Your private address does not have to appear as the business address in the commercial register or on business stationery – nor, for a GmbH, UG or holding company, in your legal notice (Impressum). The place of residence and date of birth of managing directors and shareholders remain visible in the commercial register or in the list of shareholders (Gesellschafterliste).

Not offered: telephone service, email management, legal and tax advice, tax avoidance schemes and residence registration (Anmeldung).
