Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses, i.e. entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB), including company founders. WestX GmbH only enters into contracts with companies and sole proprietorships. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
